We make our sopapillas from scratch using King Arthur patent flour, a few other secret ingredients and whole lot of heart. Want to see how a sopapilla is made? Come visit the truck! We hand-roll, puff, cut, and stuff each piping hot sopapilla to order.
Our hard work earned us Boston's Best Food Truck award by the Improper Bostonian!

Papi's Stuffed Sopapillas is a budding family business. Chef Jason relies on his wife, Erica, father, Ian and the rest of his family to deliver our unique product. During off hours they spend their time testing new recipes with their 5 and 3 year old kids at home.
